Yale College Higher Education Initiative
The Yale College Higher Education Initiative is a Signature Program of the Yale Black Alumni Association (YBAA) Programming Committee and takes place March 9th through the 16th.
The initiative is designed to address and help to eliminate many of the barriers to post-secondary education that current and former foster youth commonly face, through customized workshops intended to help foster youth realize the importance of a college education and their ability to attain it.
The College Workshops by Yale will be held in:
- Seattle - Wednesday, March 13th at the 2100 Building in Rooms A & B
Morning Session A: 9 am - 12 pm
Afternoon Session B: 1 pm - 4 pm
- Everett - Thursday, March 14th in the Everett DCFS office Room 103.
Morning Session C: 9 am - 12 pm
Afternoon Session D: 1 pm - 4 pm
